I recently accepted the position of Project Coordinator for IDEXX's R&D Strategy & Portfolio Management Team. In this role, I support the project managers and core team leaders who facilitate the product development projects in our R&D pipeline. In addition, I am the Program Coordinator for the 3D Technical Leadership Program. This is a 2-year program for leaders within our company who have been nominated by their direct managers to participate. I manage the logistics of the program and assist in curriculum development, budget management and communication. Previous Role/ExperienceI have worked as an Administrative Assistant for almost 20 years. During this time, I have held positions in support of medical education, medical offices, hospitals, corporate diagnostic companies and facility departments. I enjoy working with programs and projects that allow me to utilize my organization, process improvement and team work skills. My goal is to create a strategic partnership with the individual and teams that I support by understanding their needs and providing insight and information that will assist them in achieving their goals.
