Currently, I handle digital communications and online content strategy for NCLR, publishing over 120 “Friday from the Archives” and “Saturday Review” blog posts, plus press releases and daily social media postings, and coordinated four live events since starting in November of 2022. From 2019 to 2022, I published the blog Color of Fayetteville, including two evergreen print issues in Fall of 2021 and Spring of 2022 thanks to a grant from the Arts Council of Fayetteville. I have led or worked with theater organizations across the state including Carteret Community Theatre, Cape Fear Regional Theater, EbzB Productions, Common Ground Theater, and Deep Dish Theater, working on hundreds of theatrical productions. As a writer, I reported on local arts events and artists in schools for the Arts Council of Fayetteville; interviewed women in leadership in the arts for Unum Magazine and The Clyde Fitch Report; and was the Arts Editor for The Guilfordian newspaper. I served as Chair of the Orange County Arts Commission, in addition to board membership on ArtsNC, the Arts Council of Carteret County, and Triangle Artworks; I currently serve on the advisory board of RedBird Theater Company (Durham). I hold a Master of Arts Administration from Goucher College and a BA in Communications and Publishing from Guilford College.
