Designation: HR Partner – Wholesale Banking & Treasury This was an unique experience in terms of my contribution & an opportunity to exhibit leadership at the senior management level for a business/bank which was at the restructuring phase. This gave me the exposure to hire and manage functions in absolute contrast to retail banking.My role was to hire & set up the the leadership team & manage the entire employee life cycle for the assigned business functions, re-engineer & implement customized policies & processes to aid in desired business outcomes.Worked very closely with the HR Head & implemented cost management initiatives, grade restructuring & compensation survey for the bank.Few focus areas were talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement, performance management, compensation & benefits.
