• Training to local Masons on Earthquake resistant construction technology (DUDBC Guidelines) at Sindhupalchowk, Ramechhap and Okhaldhunga District• Conduct PASSA workshop on working districts.• Assist in Program planning, designing and budgeting• Prepare and manage for mason training tools and materials• Ensure all the planned activities are timely implemented with quality involving right beneficiaries/ right place.• Network with local government structures/officials, other non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and DUDBC, other concerned district offices in the project district/areas to ensure continued project quality assurance.

Project Name:- Lussail Expressway project P003, Precast Yard.• Supervision on production of pre-stressed precast beams• Provide support to different department Engineer (Rebar, Mould, Pre-tension, Repair) for Resource management , effective and timely production and repair of precast beams• Train engineers, foreman, labors in different techniques and use of materials for production and repairing of precast beams for quality assurance• Safety management of construction site activities• Co-ordination with Consultant and QC department for post and final inspection of the precast beams• Daily report preparation of Production site

• Provide overall managerial responsibilities of Lalitpur WASH project.• Ensured agreed engineering procedure and standards is adhered to and contributed to enhancing program management of ADP.• Prepare and Check the Estimate and supervision of construction work of Wash, Education, Livelihood and Nutrition i.e., Water supply projects, School Buildings, Irrigation tanks, Health post.• Train Users group, community group, Mason for the cost effectiveness, timely completion and design standard on community building structures.• Survey, Prepare Design and Estimate of School and Health post to be retrofitted.
