Support/Configure multiple site networks.Following Support Role involves:• Maintain VPN IP-Sec connection between main office and Intranet access with Draytek and Netgear firewalls,• Maintain Windows Active Directory 2003, Exchange 2005, Terminal server on HP hardware platform with Raid 2 fault tolerations.• Configure IP Printing and E-Document storage service.• WPA2 TKIP 64bit Wireless Access Points.• OWA Email access with ActiveSync Push Mail synchronisation, and Terminal service with VPN client access.

Completed a network migration from a 4MB lease line to 10MB lease line with a SDSL fallback line.• Involved reconfiguration of several firewalls ranging from Juniper, WatchGuard, Fortigate and HP to support transparent bridging and NAT environments.• Reconfigured VLANs and VPN connectivity.• Reconfigured DNS Zone file and Mail traffic.• Mail / Web servers amended to support the new IP range.• Migrated and upgraded to Windows Active Directory windows 2008 and MS Exchange 2007 with Multi-Tenant Mail environment.• Upgraded multiple Fibre links and VLAN switches to support 1 GB network connectivity.

Requirement was to decommission existing ageing network and provide a new networking solution over multiple sites.Following work was involved:• New server installation with Windows Active Directory 2003 and MS Exchange 2003 on HP ML350 server.• Provided a secure VPN connection between the sites using Checkpoint firewalls.• Installed and configured HP ProCurve VLAN Managed Switches and ADSL Routers.• Configured IP Printing and Wireless Access Points.• Data migration including email.• OWA Email access with ActiveSync Push Mail synchronisation.

Support/Configure multiple site networks.Following Support Role involves:• Maintain 19 IP-Sec cross VPN connections between company-to-company and to council offices along with 50 client VPN users with Fortigate, Watchguard and HP firewalls.• Ensure firmware updates on all Firewalls and HP ProCurve VLAN Managed Switches and DSL, ADSL Routers.

• Setting up training rooms for Lotus Notes and support any networking issues.• Rolled out Lotus Notes applications on all clients PC using automated scripts.• Part of a support team to roles out Lotus Notes application for over 500 clients.• Part of a support team involved in the roll out of windows 98 to over 500 clients.
