CurrentRoles & Responsibilities :• Handling customer complains domestic as well as overseas i.e. (Perkins, John Deer, JCB, Cummins, M& M, TML, VECV).• Working as a MR for IATF16949:2016 & EMS. • Facing customer audit, PPAP audit, TS16949:2009 audit.• Co-ordination with different department for effective closer of NC.• Planning & Review of daily process & product audit & Dock audit.• Daily Rejection, rework review meeting & taking action. • Solving assembly problem by using DOE & Six Sigma methodology.• Participation in new product development by making first time right.• Conducting supplier process & product audit, supplier assessment audit.• Conduction supplier PPM improvement project.• Conducting PPAP audit at Supplier end & approving Supplier PPAP.• Conducting Training on Quality system, SPC, FMEA, CONTROL PLAN, EMS & OHSAS system awareness.• Warranty failure, field failure analysis & taking corrective preventive action. • Development of processes to control daily In-house, rejection & rework. • Conducting MSA & SPC study for new development product. • Calibration of Gauges & instrument & making new gauges for new projects.• Incoming inspection, in process audit & final inspection of products.• Participation in new product development by making first time right.
