I had the privilege of working alongside Tillmann Steinbrecher, CEO of exocad, during the early stages of the product. Collaborating closely, we meticulously designed every icon, creating interfaces and interactions that were both clear and straightforward. Tillmann always emphasized the importance of simplicity, often saying, "keep it stupid.

In my first managerial role, I was entrusted with the responsibility of establishing an offsite development center for a New Jersey-based software company. In addition to my design duties, I played a pivotal role in project planning, budgeting, team allocation, offshore-onsite solutions, research, and governance.Driven by personal motivation, I aspired to.
