I had the privilege of working alongside Tillmann Steinbrecher, CEO of exocad, during the early stages of the product. Collaborating closely, we meticulously designed every icon, creating interfaces and interactions that were both clear and straightforward. Tillmann always emphasized the importance of simplicity, often saying, "keep it stupid simple."Today, exocad has emerged as one of the most reputable dental OEM companies worldwide, experiencing remarkable growth in all aspects. I am delighted to remain associated with exocad as a freelance craftsman, recognized for my expertise in crafting icons, illustrations, interfaces, and interactions. It brings me immense satisfaction to contribute to exocad's ongoing success.

In my first managerial role, I was entrusted with the responsibility of establishing an offsite development center for a New Jersey-based software company. In addition to my design duties, I played a pivotal role in project planning, budgeting, team allocation, offshore-onsite solutions, research, and governance.Driven by personal motivation, I aspired to create a software design and development center in Guwahati. We secured a location in STPI and began our operations. Although our team grew to nine members, unforeseen circumstances led to the center's closure, beyond our control.Despite this setback, the connections we forged during that time remained strong. We all went our separate ways, but the bonds we formed endured. Since then, I have found fulfillment as an independent design consultant. On numerous occasions, I have had the opportunity to collaborate with former team members individually, delivering projects that we take immense pride in.This experience, though brief, has had a resounding impact. It has reinforced my belief that no effort goes in vain. The ripples of that experience continue to reach us even today, serving as a testament to the power of perseverance and collaboration.

Delcam Plc., once a global leader in the CAD/CAM domain for designing, manufacturing, and inspecting complex 3D shapes, holds a special place in my journey. Today, it stands as an esteemed part of Autodesk, representing a powerful fusion of expertise and innovation.During my time at Delcam as a senior graphic designer, I had the privilege of contributing to the development of their cutting-edge products. My primary focus revolved around creating captivating user interface designs and crafting mock-ups that brought their vision to life. However, it was in the realm of icon design where I truly honed my skills.Delcam provided the perfect environment for me to immerse myself in the art of icon design. This role allowed me to collaborate with renowned global brands such as Microsoft, Red Bull, Volkswagen, and many others.As a dedicated professional, I took great pride in crafting tailored media players that perfectly aligned with the unique needs and brand identities of each client. Working closely with these global brands, I ensured that the media players delivered exceptional user experiences and seamlessly integrated with their respective platforms.Through my contributions at Persistent Systems, I gained valuable experience in leveraging Adobe Flash to develop dynamic and engaging media players. This role not only enhanced my technical skills but also strengthened my ability to understand and cater to the diverse requirements of high-profile clients.

Joining TCS in 2006, I embarked on my first exposure to the global arena of graphic design and UI design. At that time, there was a scarcity of offshore WPF designers available. However, I was fortunate to seize an incredible opportunity to design and create XAML-based User Interface (UI) designs using WPF for one of the largest healthcare organizations.Collaborating closely with the healthcare organization, I meticulously crafted visually appealing and intuitive interfaces that elevated the overall user experience. This role demanded a deep understanding of WPF principles and unwavering attention to detail to ensure the UI designs aligned seamlessly with the organization's specific requirements.This experience not only enabled me to contribute to the digital transformation of a major healthcare entity but also marked a significant milestone in my design career. It served as my first step onto the global stage of graphic design and UI design, allowing me to showcase my skills and gain valuable insights into design practices across different cultural contexts.
