Ethylene-Polyethylene PLANT SHUTDOWN PROJECT1. to ensure coordination of all work on planning and construction of the site2. To ensure provision of daily reports on equipment and personnel by Contractors, and carefully check that the information is accurate amd in line with the procedures used.3. To collect and fill in statistical inforamtion related to construction works 4. To make the estimation of the progress of construction work on a weekly basis, collect information from subcontractors and supervisors and exchange information with the Easyplant team5. To submit the "construction schedule" section of the monthly progress report, coordinate this section of the report with various management levels and allow it to be formally submitted6. To Maintain contacts with the construction line to obtain all information necressary for planning purposes 7. To provide initial construction schedule for all types of work an densure updating of construction of schedules by supervisours to ensure that they are properly checked or updated.8. To ensure coordination of all work on planning and construction of the site9. To notify the Planning Manager and the Construction Manager of any delays in Construction Schedule10. Knowledge of PRIMAVERA P6

- Deciding on the most appropriate engineering techniques and sequences of activities for each project stage.- Drawing plans; using specialised design software packages- Develop, 1,2,3,4 level schedules in P6 by using SOW, BOQ or other related existing drawings within Project- Resource leveling- Preparing S-Curves and Histogram within Disciplines and Overall project activities- Attending Project Progress Meetings and capturing MOMs- Preparing Weekly, Monthly reports within Project and make sure all moments are captured- Ensuring plans meet the client’s specifications.- Making estimations for timescales and costs.- Supervising the project at all stages and providing solutions to problems.- Collaborating with site managers, surveyors, engineers, site worker and other professionals.- Preparing and presenting 2 months look ahead plan and make sure target is achieved
