Drawing upon over seven years' experience in pharmacy benefits management marketing, I skillfully crafted B2B marketing content and strategy for our Specialty Pharmacy products and services. And then I took those messages to our B2B audiences, which included doctors, pharmacists, and Blue Cross and Blue Shield health plans and the clients and members they serve. My ultimate goal? To do my part in making our members' experience the best it can possibly be.

During my time at OptumRx, I seized the opportunity to become a B2B marketing "Jen-of-all-trades." From acquisition to retention, and everything in between, I provided the Sales and Client Management teams with all the tools they needed to do their jobs effectively.Accomplishments included:• Converted the OptumRx quarterly consultant direct mail campaign to an integrated, multi-touch, web-based outreach campaign. This saved $100,000 over two quarters, and resulted in the acquisition of two new commercial clients.• Built from scratch and managed the OptumRx monthly client newsletter, Client Connection. Open rates grew from less than 1% to nearly 20% in its first six months.
