Ons doel is om de data-driven sector en specifiek DDMA-leden te voorzien van helder juridisch advies en hen te vertegenwoordigen bij beleidsvorming in Den Haag en Brussel.In mijn rol bij DDMA ben ik verantwoordelijk voor:• Leidinggeven aan het legal team: Ontwikkeling en implementatie van beleid en langetermijnstrategieën, inclusief coaching en begeleiding van teamprofessionals voor optimale resultaten.• Verstrekken van strategisch juridisch advies: Adviseren van leden over diverse juridische vraagstukken, zoals het effectieve en conforme gebruik van first-party data in marketingcampagnes.• Ontwikkelen en verzorgen van juridische masterclasses: Opzetten en geven van trainingen over actuele marketingonderwerpen, waaronder AI-toepassingen en alternatieve trackingmethoden, om leden te informeren en te empoweren.• Betrokkenheid bij beleidsvorming en belangenbehartiging: Actief in gesprek gaan met beleidsmakers en toezichthouders in Den Haag en Brussel over huidig en toekomstig beleid dat de marketingsector beïnvloedt, zoals recente voorstellen voor strengere regulering van telemarketing en fieldmarketing.• Faciliteren van samenwerking met stakeholders: Bevorderen van effectieve samenwerkingen tussen diverse belanghebbenden om gezamenlijke doelen te bereiken en de sector als geheel vooruit te helpen.Met mijn passie voor het snijvlak van marketing, technologie en recht streef ik ernaar om DDMA en haar leden te ondersteunen bij het benutten van kansen en het voldoen aan wettelijke verplichtingen in een voortdurend veranderend digitaal landschap.
