- Full implementation cycle of Solutia’s SAP landscape at subsidiary CPFilms, including gap identification and analysis, design, testing, training, data conversions, roll-out and post implementation support - SD team lead, directing Solutia internal and external Information Technology consultants and CPFilms business representatives, while reporting directly to the company’s SAP director - Heavy involvement with major design decisions to enrich Solutia’s SAP solution for use at CPFilms, primarily in the areas of pricing, credit card processing, warehouse picking, invoicing and a web store - Heavily involved with change management
