After leading the IT department at CRCNA for many years, in my role as Director of Administrative Operations, I now can apply what I have learned in IT leadership to leading a great group of people who manage the back-office functions for the Christian Reformed Church in North America. We are driven to make certain that we support the missions and ministries of the CRCNA in a way that enables us to provide better services to our constituents and to those we serve around the world.CRCNA has a well-developed Crisis Management structure that functions to monitor and evaluate the many places around the world where we have people engaged in proclaiming the news of God's deep, deep love for us. I have the privilege of working with our field and regional staff to help them stay informed of events that could impact their ability to do their ministry and to supply methods for keeping their security contingency plans up to date.I work with amazing people with many varied skill sets. I am so grateful for them and what they bring to their jobs every day.
