- To find new brands/products/product groups/new business opportunities (OEM, distribution of new brands etc.)- To set annual budgets and strategic business plans for Import operations.and analyze budget/actual rates- To manage the business relations with related exporters and licence companies such as Disney, TRT etc. according to the mutual annual budgets and plans- To manage the product safety and quality process with QC and Product Safety Departments, to control all related reports.- To prepare distribution/Purchasing contracts, manage the agreement process till signing.- To find suppliers and agree with them on safety/quality/price/delivery/payment terms, forces on getting cost adventages and savings including marketing contribution, rebate, free goods etc.- To rate all suppliers that the company works and determine the main/alternative suppliers.- To manage all banking and operational process of the orders.- To insure all shipments of orders.- To manage import and Custom’s operations in coordination with the broker and finalize the clearance process.- To control all Domestic and Import documents, transact them in ERP system. - To archieve all documents.- To follow up all updates in Import and Custom’s regulations and processes.- Stock optimization- To define KPIs with the department and follow up with regular reports.- To prepare the import/purchasing plans for selected products and product groups.- To prepare all purchasing reports and consolidate with analysis- To prepare annual import analysis and search for licences and brand distribution opportunities.- To prepare weekly and monthly payment plans.- To prepare reports of the pending orders and forecasts to logistics department. - To give any support on achieving Net Turnover target.- To represent the company in global exhibitions and meetings
