I define myself as an energetic business executive with an outgoing personality, high analytical skills, a self-starting attitude, and a strong desire to contribute value to the organization with 15+ years of business development, project management, sales, coaching, and team-leading experience. I gained expertise in identifying market opportunities as well as expanding existing sales channels. During 5 years of experience in Ozti as regional manager, with my great team, we increased the number of dealer accounts from 5 to 33, and raised net sales by 500%. My strategic planning, market analysis, follow-up, consultative approach to sales and negotiation skills improved, especially for the last 5 years during my experience at Rational AG and Inoksan A.S.. I believe building strong relationships with internal and external partners at all organizational levels with mutual trustfulness is key to long-term business partnership and customer loyalty. Recently , I ran district management role at Inoksan A.S. In this role, I created new business opportunities by constantly checking various channels such as professional networks, dealers, project news portals, etc. By doing so and with customer customer-centric approach, we already increased net sales by 350% from 2021 to 2023. I also kept the team excited with new challenges, new business plans, and possible different customer profiles. I believe consultative selling and a hands-on job approach is key to success in sales. Sales is never as it was in old times, it is about building relationships with warm and responsive customers and assisting them find the most innovative and cost-efficient solutions for their needs. In addition to my professional responsibilities, I am currently a doctorate student, studying management and I have already learned a lot to practice in real business life. As another role, I have a class to lecture at Eastern Mediterranean University in Cyprus for the the last 5 years. This course is based on my master's thesis and contents on how to analyze kitchen investment alternatives.
