In this role, I created new business opportunities by constantly checking various channels such as professional networks, dealers, project news portals, etc. By doing so and with customer customer-centric approach, we already increased net sales by 350% from 2021 to 2023. I also kept the team excited with new challenges, new business plans, and possible different customer profiles. I believe consultative selling and a hands-on job approach is key to success in sales. This course is based on my master's thesis and contents on how to analyze kitchen investment alternatives.
