• Perform daily day-to-day HR Tasks, Paperwork, and documentation.• Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.• Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.• Enter and maintain employment data into a Human Resource database.• Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, Safety training, and development.• Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.• Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.• Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.• Conducting competency-based interviews through VC/Telephone/In-Person interactions.• Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.• Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Responsible for the full life cycle in recruitment.• Handle daily end-to-end recruitment cycle for the client.• Designed job description including proper key skill areas.• Responsible for posting new job openings on online job boards like Indeed, Monster, Zip Recruiter, LinkedIn, and networking websites to attract new candidates for open positions.• Source and screen the candidates according to job requirements and negotiate with the candidates.• Submitting the candidates’ profiles to the client portal/ VMS.• Follow up with the Candidates and Schedule the interviews, and feedback actions thereafter till the close of the position.• Coordinate with onboarding teams for closing the positions and help with paperwork procedures.
