Accountabilities: Reporting to Manager- Admin.o To ensure overall security arrangement, movement of men and material within/ from the Company’s premises.o Coordination with various external agencies for necessary Travel & Ticketing arrangements as required for official tours.o Coordination for the allotment of Meeting Room & ensure its maintenance.o To ensure timely refilling & service ability of Fire Extinguishers & other safety equipment’s.o To ensure timely procurement of required official stationery & its proper allocation to the user.o Ensure timely Dispatch/Receipt of Courier and coordination with external agency.o To organize various event for celebration like R & R, Birthdays and any holy festivals o Budgeting/ Cost Control/ AMCs (New/Renewal) of IT & Telecommunication system.o Ensure Proper Housekeeping Management/Horticulture Management/Pest Control Management and any minor civil repairs & maintenance.o Effectively Maintaining of Petty Casho To conduct time to time safety drills for any emergency.o To ensure Hygiene in cafeteria and other common areas by routine checkpoints.o Ensure maintenance and routine check-up of Lifts.o Effective Management of Office Transportation service for employees.
