Establishes both annual and quarterly business objectives in alignment with the company’s business plan. 5. Provides an annual business plan and quarterly updates, revision and modification of the plan where necessary. 6. Help business units in preparation of budget for new business & turnover, with a desired Margin 7. Responsible for Identifying New Markets, Market Analysis, Determining Market Trends in Rail Infra EPC & O&M projects to support the top management strategic decisions.8. Prepare high quality bids based on the requirement of the client and the project, ensuring the high success rate in submitted Bids and also Negotiating technical & commercial terms with customer.9. Attending pre-tender and post-tender meeting with client and Site Visit for detail project evaluation & Market Survey for Basic Rates of Resources.TECHNICAL SKILL 1. Overall Projects planning including material, manpower and execution from starting to completion.

 Coordinating with different departments Technical and commercial presentations.  Follow up and report on the execution of product cost reduction plan for SMS/FERRO/POWER PLANT/SPONGE IRON/SINTER PLANT). . Review of daily consumption and actual v/s production report, Review of weekly actual v/s production to meet monthly targets, Suggest measures to improve productivity in operations, Assist top management in undertaking necessary expansions.  Analyze the root cause for reason if monthly production targets are not met. Investigate the root cause analysis for frequent breakdowns and underutilized machines. Enumerate methods for optimum utilization of key raw materials
