1.Worked closely along with cross functional team to implement Standard Production Processes .Ensure Correct BOM , Drawings and Work Instructions are followed .2.Analyse and find Root causes for the Product failures . Implement corrective ,Preventive actions and improve first pass yield.3.Analysing the data and implementing improvement based on Analysis.4.Provide accurate feedback to Process engineers about yield issues.5. Developing / Modifying new processes , methods ,tools , fixtures, equipment for repeatable , reliable and lean manufacturing manufacturing.6.Work in Shifts to overlook the yield , audit the lines for non conformities .7.Support the new product introduction to mass production lines .8.Support the fitment trials , implement ECR.
