I completed my undergraduate studies with a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (B.Tech) and further pursued my passion for HR by earning a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources.My career kicked off as a Talent Acquisition Associate with a dynamic product-based startup EinNel Technologies, where I played a pivotal role in recruiting top-tier talent. I parallelly worked as a Marketing Associate position, contributing to the promotion of their innovative SaaS product.In pursuit of expanding my expertise in the HR domain, I joined TEZRA, an HR consultancy, where I began as a Recruiter. Through dedication and demonstrated competence, I progressed to the role of Key Account Manager. In this capacity, I fostered strong client relationships and facilitated successful recruitment solutions.Eager to broaden my horizons, I recently ventured into Business Development, leveraging my background in both HR and client management to contribute to the company's growth objectives.
