To summarise, I have a keen passion for people. I enjoy all aspects of leadership including supporting, coaching and delegating methods to encourage a motivated and driven workforce. I have a proven track record in developing individuals and teams to achieve their personal and professional goals. I thrive in challenging situations and adapt my style to the challenge at hand. My career has been in both the law and IT. My experience has grown significantly across these sectors.I am a Team Leader within the Central Projects Office at Computacenter, a global company. I support the Inclusion and diversity forum within the Projects Practice with promoting a diverse and equal working environment. I sit across many forums within the practice and contribute my opinions and expertise to enable the success of these initiatives. My key strength is Leadership, I am a confident woman with strong management skills adding value to the success of teams, in turn the business and the initiatives to achieve shared goals. Maintaining relationships and mediating others relationships is a key skill of mine. I appreciate the value of relationships at all levels, I am approachable and a passionate listener. My current role leading 2 teams; the governance and compliance team and the Projects Practice admin team has invited me into gaining significant experience working in people management and given me a real passion for Projects!
