Role and Responsibilities• Develop and manage internal organizational MEL instruments, tools and processes.• Solicit, organize, and analyze the quantitative and qualitative data for organizational performance and growth across teams and verticals.• Synthesize the data and information in organized structures and formats for usage of strategic and operational decision making by both internal and external stakeholders.• Work on initiating and operating systems and technology to manage the organizational MEL and impact tracking.• Contribute to the MEL/Impact team’s strategy and annual planning to cover team KRAs and goals. Work on any additional MEL requirements of the organization.Specific Organizational Experiences• Supported the establishment of an independent MEL vertical within the organization. Responsibilities included staffing, finalizing departmental SoPs, formalizing internal frameworks and templates, and developing a comprehensive MEL plan for the organization• Collaborated with the senior leadership for developing departmental strategy, Log-frames, Theory of change and donor capacity building of team members.• Developed internal formats for the organizational M&E, which included OKR tracking formats, Output – Outcome tracker for Theory of Change and conducted an internal needs assessment of the M&E needs of various organizational verticals. • Led digitization of M&E tools, managed data and dashboards using Looker Studio, and built in-house data collection competency using Kobo Toolbox.• Established an internal sustainability reporting framework with a focus on ESG and GRI reporting standards.

• Lead the research, monitoring, and evaluation of projects at Grameen that advance climate smart agriculture, entrepreneurship, digital financial inclusion, WASH, and women’s economic empowerment, • Support project implementation teams with the design of logical frameworks and theory of change in alignment with project inputs, outcomes, and program sustainability.• Project management, strategic planning, team leadership, stakeholder management & engagement, and internal capacity building.• Supervise a team of research analysts, develop proposals and knowledge management, stakeholder management and donor relationship management• Manage concurrent data collection, maintain data quality standards, development of analytical frameworks and timely reporting of indicators.• Key clients include BMGF, Walmart Foundation, water.org, IFPRI, Mondelez International and Girls Effect.

Roles and responsibilities: - Collaborate with the program team to design and implement research studies, ensuring the use of suitable methodologies and tools for data collection and analysis- Develop evaluation/ research plans that define objectives, indicators, and assessment methods to evaluate the social impact of projects- Oversee data collection, employing appropriate statistical techniques and qualitative analysis to derive valuable insights from precise, comprehensive, and relevant quantitative and qualitative data- Collaborate with project teams, partners, and donors to gather information, align objectives, coordinate data collection, and ensure the smooth execution of research and evaluation activities, providing support to team members- Documentation and knowledge sharing through internal and external dissemination through reports, publications, and other relevant platforms

- Helping design, implement, & analyze concurrent monitoring progress of research project & coordinate information within departmental sections & learning processes.- Undertaking various ethnographic field research to generate relevant understanding and develop new hypotheses/ studies to support program specific interventions- Verifying data & its accuracy through various data cleaning methods- Reviewing published research and applying findings to develop test protocols for the impact of program intervention- Assisting study design, questionnaire, and tool development, laying down study protocols, and undertaking statistical analysis for varied projects- Assisting participatory conceptualization of measurement metrics and methods. - Supporting data dissemination efforts and developing stories and key insights

My roles and responsibilities includes:- Planning, Implementation and Monitoring, of various themes under BRLPS (JEEViKA) at the Block and Cluster level.- To manage nominated model Custer Level Federation and train its staff in undertaking diverse activities.

My work included- Mobilization of poor youth from left-wing extremism districts of Jharkhand- Conducted skills' training under SEAM and Shaksham Projects with subsequent placement in Apparel industry- Assisted in Donor/Partnership Management and Proposal/Grant-in-aid writing- Record keeping and back office management
