i started working with TCNS LIMITED since jun,2015 as an assistant accountant and had learned many things in the system. i got promotion as an Accounts Officer on September 2017.Now i am managing many types of entries such as purchase, sales, journal creditors, journal adjustment of all types of business transactions. my additional job duties are making daily basis interrogation with our creditors and debtors, followups of accounts receivable and payable making time to time payments to vendors and suppliers according to agreed payment terms, reconciliation of all accounts, managing petty cash for daily business transactions. coordinating with every audits which helds time to time. maintaining cost control keeping an eye on every business transaction in relation to TDS, GST And other taxes.Jeena & Company i have heard about your company and in my previous company(TCNS LIMITED) all exports takes place through your company, I have an experience of more than 8.5 years in Accounts payable and receivable both, my specialization is in AP, i would like to be a part of your company,Also,have handled shipping line invoice, admin bills, CHA bills, Transportation bills, commission bills , legal and consultancy and professional fees bills advertisement bills and their payments , reconciliation of debtor account , creditor account, and bank, day to day petty cash handling, posting them in efs, also i have filed GSTR1, GSTR3B, 2B reconciliation with books of accounts, checking profitability statement, interunit transfers of expenses and payments, PDA bills booking and reconciliation every month wise and providing form 16A with request letter to concern PDA accounts department regardding Tds refund.i have also made TDS payments by creating challan matching with TDS data of our books then making TDS payable entry, General ledger scrutiny, assisting audits, preparing Profit and loss statement.helping in making budgets , followup for payments, debtor and creditor ageing analysis.foreign remittance, FORM 15 CA AND 15 CB.etc.
