Most people are surprised to learn I started my career as a customer service representative. Working on computers came into my life when I was 11 years old, after I built my first computer beacuse I was bored. From then on, I was fascinated by hardware and software, how they mingled, as well as programming and the way they could and would indeed end up changing our everyday lives.
