CurrentI lead exploratory, design and evaluative research efforts for multiple commissioned qualitative research studies - Conducted exploratory and evaluative design research for Augmented Reality CPR training App and a 360-degree training module App for Labor Management for frontline health workers during the Covid-19 pandemic, resulting in actionable insights and recommendations for improving the user experience and increasing adoption rates. - Implemented usability and pilot testing of two training applications - the CPR training app and Labor management training app. The pilot testing was conducted with 41 Community Health Officers (CHOs) in Lucknow and 27 CHOs at VAB Hospital in Varanasi, India. Client: Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation - Conducted participant observation, personal interviews, and "day in the life" studies to gather qualitative data on drug-resistant tuberculosis patients as part of Path's public health program. - Collected and analyzed qualitative data of 68+ participants through inductive and deductive coding processes to identify themes and barriers associated with accessing TB drugs and diagnosis. Client: Path- Designed and developed exploratory design research plans, execution to validation from potential clients till the brand’s launch- Successfully conducted user interviews, stakeholder workshops, concept testing, UX evaluations to discover current state experiences and design strategy for future skincare products and experiences- Worked closely with the design team and leadership for cross-disciplinary innovation focused on product idea generation
