Some key experiences relevant to my NED role are :- a 30 year career as a Group Executive in large FTSE 100 international organisations leading business decisions around profitability,growth, M&A, restructuring and productivity.- proven track record of being an AI entrepreneur and successfully exiting a business - highly international ( have lived and worked in Asia, US , Middle East and Europe)- deep expertise around Remuneration and ESG I have also been a successful AI entrepreneur for 7 years around two ventures. The first venture was to raise an angel investment fund around AI based HR tech start-ups. The fund is fully invested.In my second venture I set up an AI Innovation Hub around the 'Future of Work'.There has recently been a successful exit of the Hub to a management consultancy.Previously, over a 30 year period, I have been an international and multi-sector FTSE CHRO experienced in effectively leading large, diverse and multi billion complex organisations through transformational change. My educational background includes a degree in Physics & Electronics, an MBA, Behavioural Sciences and I have been a Chevening Scholar at the Leeds Business School .
