My name is Devyani, and I live in Ahmedabad. Since 2019, I have been working in the RCM field for medical and dental providers located in different parts of the USA. I have collaborated with various clients of different specialties, and my efforts have earned their trust, allowing me to take on more responsibilities. This has helped organizations grow their businesses.My primary focus is on AR analysis, Charge & Payment Posting, Eligibility, and Benefit Verification. I ensure that eligibility and benefits are checked and verified accurately before appointments, so that claims are paid smoothly. Claim denials are the most challenging aspect of RCM, but I put in my best effort to resolve them.I have worked with several specialties/fields, including Dentistry, Gastroenterology, Dermatology, Dermatopathology, General Physician, Cardiology, and Behavioral.I am very curious and enthusiastic about learning new things, and I am always willing to take on new challenges. I have worked in different areas, including Authorization request & follow-up, PreDetermination follow-up, DME EV/BV, IPA AR analyst, Patient collection report, Patient query resolution, and Patient payment plan setup.I have worked on various softwares e.g. Open Dental, Ecw, Intergy, Kareo, Tab32, Dr. Crono, Dentrix, Denticon, Eagle Soft.
