KL Software Technologies (“KLST”) was started in 2003 with the vision of building mobile-first digital workplaces that provides easy, intuitive and consistent user experience across smarter interfaces. KLST software+services offerings are focused on “Enterprise Collaboration & Content”, “Hybrid Mobility”, “Cloud” and “Artificial Intelligence & Augmented Reality”. My role in the company has multifold responsibilities:a. As a Product Owner to analyze Stakeholder requirements and work with the design and development team to build and deliver quality SharePoint based Intranets for Legal firms.b. Product management and quality assurance of technical products, including a Chatbot building platform and specialty Database Management Systems.c. Stakeholder management including setting operating rigour, regular communication, providing progress reports and business updates, risk management and issue resolution.d. Deliverable management including setting document standards, developing User Guides and collaborating with clients to create process requirements.

Managing a team of 20+people to develop technical products, including a Chatbot building platform and Database Management System.

Projects worked on:a. Led a team of 14 to deliver a web-based data application impact study on parents and children in custodial disputes. The goal was to ensure child support is paid out. b. Led a team of six in delivering a web-based survey application on education and income for a research company enlisted by the social justice department.

Fifth Chrome (5C) is an organizational science firm specializing in helping company’s achieve business transformations. We work on M&A Integration, Shared Services and Digital Strategies. We run projects in Western Europe, US, Africa, India and Singapore. I am responsible for company branding, digital marketing strategy and administration, and am involved in project management.

RoundtableInsights hosts innovative community driven roundtables, conferences and other virtual events. The aim is to enable a diversity of perspectives on future impacting topics with people and technology in focus, to amplify experiential insights from industry practitioners across the globe, and ultimately inspire organizational transformation. Events are typically organized for not more than a 100 people per session to keep it interactive with focus on content.My role is that of topic ideation, conceptualizing and designing the events, and planning the calendar of events. A significant part of what I do is also reaching out to potential Speakers, collaborating, and maintaining relationships. Business strategy, digital marketing strategy and production strategy are an integral part of my responsibilities.

Phenix Capital assists institutional investors and asset owners such as pension funds, insurance companies, endowments, wealth managers, family offices, foundations and religious institutions in turning their investment beliefs into tangible impact investment solutions across all asset classes and markets, including aligning allocations to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).My role was to lead the events team. The role involved end to end event production from event planning, logistics, managing the production team and vendor relationships to event coordination on the day, and post event follow-ups. Role also included working on event publications.
