Instructing dancers aged 7-18 in various dance genres including ballet, contemporary, and lyrical. My role involved developing and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans that focused on technique, choreography, and performance skills. In addition to teaching, I foster a positive and supportive learning environment, encouraging creativity, discipline, and a passion for dance.

I started GoThread, a small business where I sell handmade crocheted and knitted products. Every item is carefully crafted with love and attention to detail. It all began during the Covid pandemic when I decided to turn my hobby into a business. My grandmother, who taught me to knit when I was young, inspired me to share the joy of handmade creations with others. My goal is to bring a little bit of happiness to people's lives with each piece they receive.

I had the opportunity to work closely with experienced coaches, where my primary focus was on in-practice instruction. This hands-on experience allowed me to observe coaching methods, learning how different approaches can be tailored to meet the needs of individual dancers. I was also able to apply these methods myself, providing dancers with feedback and corrections during routines. This experience gave me a deeper understanding of effective coaching strategies and the importance of adapting instruction to enhance each dancer.

I provided dedicated support to the academy and managed various behind-the-scenes projects. My responsibilities included managing student registrations, box office support, tracking attendance, organizing, creating advertisements, and handling communications with parents and students.

I successfully concluded an internship at West Elementary School, where I gained valuable experience in both observing and instructing second-grade students. Over the course of the academic year, I honed my ability to engage effectively with children, drawing insights from both direct observation and the mentorship provided by experienced educators. Prior to undertaking this internship, I completed coursework in child development and participated in a preschool lab, equipping me with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary to excel in a real-world educational setting.

In my role as a hostess, I efficiently managed seating arrangements, facilitated pickup and curbside orders, and handled incoming phone inquiries. Additionally, I assumed responsibility for bussing tables, maintaining cleanliness, running food orders, and offering assistance as needed. This experience was instrumental in developing my skills in time management, organization, effective communication, and delivering exceptional customer service.
