When I read it over again, I always think of all of the relationships that have been made throughout my professional journey. In my mind , the business world is driven by human interaction and creating relationships.Any type of business has the opportunity to touch someone's life in a positive or negative manner. I believe that there should always be a strong culture to allow the business to be driven by like-minded positive individuals. Businesses that keep the positive culture at the forefront have the best opportunity to succeed. When employees feel valued, they will pave the way for success.Through my years of working with World of Beer, I fondly remember all of the people's lives I was fortunate enough to be a driving factor in. Familiar guests that would visit as if they were close friends, vendors that became strong allies in growing my WOB location, and each employee I was able to assist in their own professional journey. These are the intangibles that I take pride in.While I have had tremendous opportunities to grow within a couple World of Beer's company locations, I envy using my strengths to help another company exceed its goals. I am ready for what life's new opportunities have waiting!
