Current•Manage budgets, project timelines, deliverables, and for political events, trade shows, the Upfronts, celebrity press appearances, and music festivals consisting of 100 to 1,000+ attendees•Manage event logistics including transportation, agendas, client hospitality experiences, RSVP lists; and relationships with third-party vendors, corporate clients, press, and talent•Oversee the design and production of event materials; such as invitations, signage, and event premiums while cross-referencing style guides to ensure consistency•Develop spreadsheets to categorize 50+ promotional items; consolidate flight manifests, budgets, attendee lists, and accommodations; and maintain database of vendors, talent preferences, and venues
