Working as a team, clients are divided among 4 - 6 account managers at Fineline. In addition to maintaining my own clients, I provide backup support when needed to the rest of the team. In this role, I speak directly with clients via phone, email, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams. I’ve trained multiple account managers as new hires to get them up to speed with expectations and SOP in the field. I regularly help clients with their grant or purchase order spend, upholding contracts, and both maintaining and growing client relationships.

As the only customer service representative at CS Kern, I care for a large number of accounts. In this position I schedule meetings with clients to discuss their needs as well as call and email to answer questions, update status of current projects, and follow-up with previous orders. I work with our sales team to coordinate delivery of orders, proofs, and other communications that may be required at the client's request. I work with our shipping department to coordinate deliveries when needed. I work with our print and designer to create e-blasts, social media posts, marketing campaigns, and mailings. I have strong print knowledge as well as a graphic design and photography background.
