The Product Coordinator is a vital role within the company that places all accessory stock orders for the store and online as well as keeps fluid communication between vendors for discounts and order information. This role interacts with many different departments and individuals within the company and is the main point of contact for vendors. In addition, this role is responsible for running all necessary inventory and sales reports in order to maintain inventory and monitor sales.Responsibilities: - Place all accessory stock orders at market or through rep throughout the year. During busy seasons this is a critical aspect to ensure receiving and tagging is being completed effectively and efficiently. - Oversee product flow between store and warehouse. This ensures that all items are displayed on the sales floor at the correct time for the season or the look/theme and the store warehouse has enough back stock to sell for the items that are on the sales floor. - Create ordering budget per category to be used throughout the year. - Plan and organize the end of year inventory process. Upon finishing inventory, send all necessary information and reporting to accounting department.
