Ms. Richardson has 25 years of experience based on participation in a variety of natural resource projects that involved social performance aspects. As a Sr. Project Manager / Principal Permitting Consultant, she has project experience in multiple market sectors, including: oil and gas, railroad, transportation, water resources, transmission, fiber optic, and mining industries. Ms. Richardson’s technical specialties include NEPA documentation and process; environmental analysis and planning; environmental/regulatory compliance and permitting; biological and wetland studies; and range sciences. She has developed and reviewed sections of NEPA documents and project-specific studies for applicants and agencies which included social impact and socioeconomics, in addition to environmental justice, cultural resources, biological resources, water resources, transportation, traffic and infrastructure safety studies. She has prepared third-party NEPA documentation under direction of FERC and BLM and has developed Resource Reports for FERC filings. Ms. Richardson has participated in numerous stakeholder engagement and public involvement processes, such as public meetings and hearings, comment resolutions, and database management. She has managed aspects of several large project programs including administrative record, environmental construction compliance, and contracting involving coordination with numerous agencies, private parties, and subconsultant teams.
