➢ Develop new business relationships, meeting with property owners/potential clients to earn exclusive listing and property management agreements; Draft and negotiate new agreements ➢ Manage a team of 3 property managers, promoting an enthusiastic work environment➢ Oversee construction projects for new tenant improvements and full building remodels/renovations, work directly with general contractors and vendors➢ Review and negotiate bids and service contracts from multiple vendors and plan logistics of the construction schedule➢ Collaborate with designers and general contractors/construction team to plan buildouts, coordinate with deadlines, and work within the budgets provided➢ Work with the general contractors and the City for approvals, plans, inspections➢ Oversee projects to assure quality control, meeting with property Ownership regularly to review and discuss project progress➢ Assist with punch list creation and manage completion of items➢ Scheduling repairs and maintenance, coordinating with the vendors, property tenants, property management team and accounting➢ Coordinate and review all property due diligence, negotiate bids and turnaround time for any surveys, inspections, or site visits➢ Managing Yardi for specific properties, inputting new tenants, tracking rents, deposits, etc.

➢ Schedule and attend meetings and conference calls with Leadership team➢ Research and contact service providers and land and accounting software systems; review and negotiate service contracts ➢ Review Operating Agreements➢ Develop the company website➢ Assist in developing relationships for raising capital

- Correspond daily with industry partners and other departments internally to ensure more accurate well planning and forecasting- Work with team to assist in divestment of non-core properties, as well as, acquisitions in current and new core areas- Utilize Microsoft Excel to track new and revised documents, and to resolve working interest discrepancies - Organize and track unit revisions, new well proposals, divestitures, and acquisitions - Review Operator contracts and agreements - Process new well proposals and review with Upper Management and other internal departments forevaluation in weekly meeting - Work to create a seamless and organized system of filing and tracking documentation and correspondence - Ensure timely responses for all revisions, proposals, and other time sensitive documents
