For all projects that I drive or consult on, I work toward ensuring that all of my stakeholders needs are met by identifying problems, devising solutions, and monitoring learnings that come out of my recommendations.Examples of projects I am working on / worked on:• Oversee the design, development, and pilot testing of a large scale skills-first assessment suite geared toward equitably evaluating workplace & career readiness skill levels• Oversee the redesign of Year Up's flagship workplace & career readiness curriculum, focused on making improvements to support hybrid and virtual delivery environments and blended and asynchronous instructional methodologies• Design, pilot test, and evaluate learning for a technology enabled training product geared toward engaging young adults in on-the-job micro-learning experiences

As part of the Academic Strategy & Design team, I was responsible for designing market driven training programs for 18-24 year olds in existing, growing, and new markets, building continuing education pathways to increase educational opportunities for graduates, implementing e-learning platforms, building and nurturing partnerships with training providers, onboarding all instructional staff new hires, and serving as a functional expert for training at Year Up.Examples of projects I worked on include:• Bringing educational and employer partners together to co-design an Application Development & Support training pathway• Building and managing a partnership with a leading certification provider geared toward providing young adults opportunities to earn a high value industry recognized certification• Leading the rollout and implementation of an e-learning tool geared toward supporting classroom instruction and on-the-job upskilling• Designing and rolling out a competency based training tool geared toward aligning and improving training delivery

As Personal Finance Instructor & Academic Manager for the Year Up Rhode Island site, I was responsible for overseeing the operations of all academic programming, including but not limited to scheduling, LMS training and administration, and oversight for the tutoring program. I was also responsible for teaching the fundamentals of personal finance to 160 students annually.Examples of projects I worked on include:• Designing a Personal Finance curriculum focused on improving financial health by teaching the fundamentals of budgeting, credit/debt, and investing• Designing and pilot testing a program, in partnership with the RI Treasurers Office and a local non-profit, that helped Year Up students build credit• Building a volunteer based tutoring program that served 25% of students• Building a dashboard in Salesforce that allowed program staff to easily track a variety of factors that impact student performance and retention• Designing and rolling out a structure to support LMS administration across all of Year Up's sites
