- To provide and sustain a safe environment for employees, contractors and visitors by leading and taking ownership of safety programs and initiatives in order to create a safety culture and drive excellence in safety performance- To embed environmental aspects and the Supply Chain sustainability agenda in all production processes- To define and implement a strategy for the Brewery in line with global, regional, and OpCo priorities and assign operational objectives- To manage and monitor the execution of the core and supporting production processes, their interdependencies, and their impact on the total Supply Chain and Brewery performance- To manage the annual budget, ensure costs are within budget, and evaluate the financial impact of performance and decisions- To incorporate the interests of both internal and external stakeholders and establish a positive relationship with them through the appropriate management of their expectations and agreed objectives- To manage priorities, resources (people, materials, process, and equipment), and activities according to plan, whilst ensuring world-class operational performance and customer service delivery- To report production performance and improvements in a clear and comprehensive way to support decision-making

Responsible for two departments (Production and Technology). - Develop and execute production schedules based on business demands- Maximize effectiveness of production team, equipment and materials to produce multi type products within planned schedules while reducing costs- Manage high number of portfolio range of products- Leader of Autonomous Maintenance Brewing Pillar which the main role is to develop strategy for AM Pillar implementation in order to have sustained production and process control- Responsible with the implementation of Food Safety system, Quality Control system for whole brewery (plant)- Take a lead on process control and process engineering improvement in whole brewery (plant).- Design and improve production capacity as to meet new production demands/new products with limited fund- Collaborate with Marketing department to support new product development, and new initiatives on product portfolio range- Leader of Progressive Quality Pillar which the main role is to ensure that quality culture is embedded and implemented in whole brewery (plant)

- Project Leader of Ground-field Project (New Brewhouse) with total capacity of 1.2 Mio hl. Start installation was in February 2013 and final Site Acceptance Test Phase was in February 2014. - Ensure equipment type and design installed are comply with Safety Standard and Heineken Standard- Ensure all the production process control are comply with Heineken Standard

- Lead production team with 7 members of people- Ensure OTIF (On Time In Full) production as to meet packaging demands- Ensure production process control are comply with Heineken Standard

Responsible for initiating and take a lead for all Research and Innovation in order to improve, optimize, reduce cost in production process. Take a lead for developing new product to increase the portfolio of brand.
