Responsible for establishing relationships with targeted customers, customer communication (primarily operational) high level issues resolution, facilitating new process implementation and process compliance.Other duties include but aren’t limited to:• To maximize business opportunities within existing client accounts and continually monitor the service provided. • To maintain a network of contacts within the industry sector and relevant clients.• Conduct activities to aid positive relationships and retention of clients.• To manage the expectations of the client and maintaining regular contact.• To develop and demonstrate a good knowledge and understanding of your key clients business, core disciplines and industry. • To provide support to team members and other parts of the company as required / directed.
