Dewald Kriel is a Professional Training specialist with over 13 years’ experience in Occupational Health and Safety within South Africa. He specializes in developing Occupational Health and Safety skills and improve the individual learner with valuable knowledge to improve career development. In 2019, he was offered the position of OHSE Legal Compliance & and OHSE training Manager at T-Africa OHS Specialists. His responsibilities are: GAP analysis audits, design and implementation of Safety Management Systems, Legal Compliance Audits, Management Systems Implementation and internal auditing, Legal Health and safety training , construction audits, risk assessments, risk register compilation and contractor vetting.He joined the EOH (ASHREQ) Group in Aug 2017 as head of Marketing within Occupation Health and Safety. He also undertook the role of Senior Training Facilitator Specialist. These include Training, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental and Hygiene. In 2017 he joind Odire SHEQ Solutions as Training manager, Senior Training Facilitator and Assessor. This covered all aspect of Occupational Health and Safety. Major Projects included the Mine Health and Safety Council Centre of Excellence (COE). The sector included Medicals, Health and Safety, Hygiene and legal compliance in line with the Occupational Health and Safety Act of 1993. In 2016 he joined V and V Training as Training Facilitator and Assessor. His Responsibilities covered Occupational Health and Safety.
