Key Responsibilities:- Ensuring the company's compliance with the Health and Safety Work act NZ- Incident investigations- Site audits on sub-contactors- Revise SWMS and new project SSSP's- ICAM investigations- Preparing monthly board and Chorus reports- Preparing toolbox content and attending toolboxes- Non-conformance closures- Issuing and receiving permits- Preparing documentation for high risk tasks including confined space- Training and inductions of new and existing staff and contractors

Key Responsibilities: - Managing and maintaining BP and Mobil Fuel station National contracts- Creating and managing team schedules- Recognize workplace changes that have significant health and safety impacts and effective ways to minimize risks.- Doing weekly Safety Observations and Pro-active Safety visits on staff and reporting and investigating Hazard ID’s.- Provide technical advice for technicians and management.- Using multiple platforms including Mobil Simpro, BP E maintenance, VAULT Notify/check and Safety HUB.- Partner with managers to ensure HSE requirements are met and integrate a HSE lens into all business and people decisions. - Ensuring that HSE standards for SWMS, JSA’s, SSSP, HRC and SOP are met.- Managing High Risk Tasks including Confined Space entry, Working at Heights and Hot works.- Issuing and Receiving permits to complete HRC tasks.

Key Responsibilities:- Responsible for full site health and safety together with environmental compliances across all areas- Liaising with staff on all levels including external bodies and contractors- Completed regular reviews and conducting assessments of existing measures and reporting shortfalls and practical solutions- Completed thorough and timely risk assessments, identifying risks and suggesting solutions and control measures to negate those risks- Accident and incident investigations to determine root cause, and providing guidance to avoid repeat incidents- Presenting regular Toolbox and safety meetings- Inducting Employees
