• Lead the Camp Coordination and Camp Management Program for ActionAid in 4 Rohingya Refugee Camps.• Act as the central focal point for all project activities to ensure the execution adhering to the project agreement and cluster requirement. • Maintain strategic coordination with the UNHCR, ISCG, other cluster members and government counterparts to develop CCCM activities. • Work to identify and address sectoral gaps and needs to ensure a well-coordinated approach avoiding duplication in assistance.• Work to promote the rights of the refugees ensuring the Accountability to the Affected population. • Represent ActionAid Bangladesh -CCCM in ISCG and cluster coordination bodies. • Facilitate internal and external donor visits presenting every project activity to ensure their understanding of the challenges and further needs that need to be addressed.• Work to promote Community-led Initiatives, Community Participation and Community Governance. • Develop yearly project proposals, budget, and procurement plan ensuring monitoring of the expenditure and supply of quality full materials from the logistics department. • Guide Camp Managers and Field team to ensure meaningful use of resources to implement community-led projects, Small-Scale risk mitigation activity, and camp-level care and maintenance activity. • Develop CCCM strategic plan and guidelines in close coordination with UNHCR and the sector for the AoR Camps. • Work closely with the Program Development team to ensure effective partnership with UNHCR in accordance with the organizational policy. • Support the Camp Managers in preparing the periodic activity reports and review them prior to sharing them with UNHCR and AAB authorities.• Acting Team Leader – ActionAid Cox’s Bazar Security

• Support and coordinate with the camp actors, including CiC & other government departments, UN agencies, international NGOs and national NGOs and other service providers and refugee groups to ensure all lifesaving support in the camp. • Responsible for supervision and management of all CCCM staff and AAB activities in the refugee sites, including site governance and community engagement, service delivery, coordination, site planning care, and maintenance and population monitoring. • Ensure that adequate staffing is in place for the activities, including an appropriate gender balance within the staff group. To monitor the safety and security situation in the site with a specific focus on the potential impact of insecurity on staff security, humanitarian access and accountability and program delivery.• Monitor and coordinate all activities of humanitarian partners in the camp to avoid duplication and identify gaps, whilst ensuring that protection considerations are mainstreamed across all sectors.• Develop and/or implement a Complaints and Response Mechanism through Standard Operating Procedure.• Contribute to the internal and external accountability mechanisms by elaborating on quality donor reports. • Establish and functionalize community representation system to ensure community participation in planning and decision-making.• Support RRRC, IOM, and other stakeholders in Site Planning, Camp Coordination and Management including service gap identification and ensuring service delivery without duplication. • Support to manage camp-level resources and monitor budget expenditures aligning with the plan and agreement. • Work in close coordination with the Camp-in-Charge, IOM, and other stakeholders to develop sectoral guidelines to ensure adherence to the sectoral approach in terms of field implementation. • Coordinate with the actors to address identified gaps and to resolve any raised issues among the community across the camp.• Work closely with both local and refugee communities in conflict resolution and increase resilience. • Additional Responsibilities: - ActionAid Representative of District level NGO coordination Cox’s Bazar.

• Maintained close networking, linkage, collaboration and communication with the community, local government, local administration, Disaster Management Committees (DMC) and other stakeholders of the project.• Prepared weekly and monthly work plans and ensure the FSL assistants follow the plans and share monthly progress, donor report and other reports• Assist with the beneficiaries' grant and training of the community organizer to ensure they have a solid understanding of key programme documents and tools, including M&E questionnaires.• Actively participate in the collection and analysis of information used to determine vulnerability and create transparent targeting criteria.• Provide strategic guidance to the project team members, financial management and supervision of the finance officer.• Support community organizers to organize and conduct training for all programme beneficiaries (including stakeholders and households) on Disaster Risk Reduction, Resilient Livelihood, Nutrition and WaSH.• Facilitate Community Risk Assessment and Risk Reduction Action Plan and include RRAP in National Budget.• Develop a detailed Implementation Plan (DIP) of the project with the support of Program coordinators.• Record and share the project field findings and conduct M&E-related training sessions.• Produce situation report, assessment report, concept note, project proposal and briefing note.• Ensure MABFO compliance with Complain Response Mechanism (CRM) and beneficiary selection while implementing the action.

• Liaison with the local community, govt authority, and stakeholders to build linkage between project activity and the community. • Organize and facilitate training on Community Based Disaster Preparedness (CBDP), School-Based Disaster Preparedness (SBDP), and Disaster Risk Reduction, for the local govt officials and Upazilla and District Administration. • Support the consortium initiative to develop and produce Media and Communication materials to ensure fruitful advocacy for the community. • Support in Program, design, Development, budgeting, and field-level implementation as per the organizational policy and donor requirement. • Design and facilitate GIS surveys in the project intervention areas to produce interactive maps representing the intervention location and installment location. • Produce and circulate periodic project reports highlighting the achievements, challenges and way forwards.
