What started as a small group of a few companies cooperating with each other for functional efficiencies has now eventually become the bigger "MetaG1 Research Consortium". The consortium is further shaped into a well-structured platform. The coordination among the stakeholders needs to be streamlined further and operations to be scaled up... it simply means more challenges and more responsibilities ahead but its all exciting!

Associated in managing a group (12-18 scientists) in client based drug discovery programe at Jubilant Biosys. Jubilant Biosys is an integrated discovery collaborator to major pharmaceutical and biotech companies, accelerating global discovery efforts across multiple therapeutic areas. Jubilant Biosys engages in a range of functional discovery services and shared risk collaborations with multiple global partners. Located in Bangalore, the Jubilant Discovery Research Center is a state-of-the-art integrated discovery research facility (125,000 Sq Ft) with over 350 experienced and enthusiastic scientists, specializing in various aspects of discovery process to include: Discovery Biology, Medicinal Chemistry, Structural Biology, ADME, Toxicology, Pharmacology, Molecular Modeling, and Information Technology.

Worked in the drug discovery programe at CrystalGenomics. CrystalGenomics is a leading structural chemoproteiomics-based drug discovery and development company headquartered in Seoul, Korea with a US presence (CG Pharmaceuticals, Inc.) in Emeryville, California for multi-national clinical management.

Worked at Jubilant Chemsys to manage a synthetic chemistry laboratory consisting a group of 12 associates. Jubilant Chemsys offers medicinal chemistry services for global pharmaceutical and biotech companies. Jubilant Chemsys is located in NOIDA - a suburb of New Delhi, India

Worked on the Industry funded drug discovery programe at Ewha Womans University at Seoul (South Korea). This programe involved the design and synthesis of kinase inhibitors as anticancer and antiinflamatory agents.

Worked on combinatorial synthesis of biologically important molecules (phosphatase inhibitors).
