  My duties include: planning and scheduling maintenance activities for mill employees as well as on-site contractors. I keep up with time via SAP, I open new work orders, add time to work orders, and close them out when complete. Another area of responsibility is creating purchase request for bringing contractors onsite, purchasing or renting tools and equipment, kitting materials for jobs, scheduling qualified maintainers for job tasks, and supporting the entire mill site when maintenance request are received. I keep records dealing with process safety management, schedule and plan preventive maintenance as well as corrective maintenance for PSM areas dealing with Hydroflouric acid and Anhydrous ammonia. Some more task I am familiar with have me working in unison with contract management reviewing and editing scopes of work for job tasks that require contractors for assistance.
