Staffing Specialist
Current•Constant interaction via email and phone with hospitals, staffing vendors and other partners.•Conduct follow-up activities with the nursing staff to ensure candidate satisfaction.•Manage candidates on assignment; counsel candidates; be directly involved in termination decisions.•Evaluate market conditions and ensure candidate inventory population stays at appropriate levels to accommodate anticipated hospital demand.•Execute all staffing processes and completing all per diem staffing activities required to optimize daily placements. •Maintain an assigned, one-on-one relationship with our hospitals and outpatient facilities by delivering optimal customer service.•Support resource management teammates in filling their open resource requests by proposing candidates and responding to requests for information promptly.•Resolve staffing conflicts to the satisfaction of all parties, which may include identifying creative staffing alternatives.•Escalate sensitive or high-risk staffing situations to business leadership, as appropriate.
