• Oversees maintenance and repair projects of a $50 million premier fitness facility• Responsible for maintaining the monthly, quarterly, and annual department budgets (annual budget of $1.1 million), including submitting monthly financial reports to the General Manager.• Responsible for identifying and acquiring over $500,000 worth of capital expenditure repairs and equipment for the Scottsdale facility in 2018 to keep building in “like new condition” for the members.• Completes Operations payroll and ensures labor costs fall within budgetary guidelines• Recruits for the Operations department and gives recommendations to the General Manager on hiring, promotions, and disciplinary actions• Maintains communication with all departments to monitor condition and need of the Facility• Ensures Operations staff continually keeps locker rooms, fitness floors, and common areas clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times• Coaches, manages, and schedules up to 40 team members• Responsible for training staff through orientation, direction, and feedback
