Steam Systems Technician/Maintenance Mechanic/Scaffold Trainer
CurrentTrained and Certified; 1) In the use of Ultrasound equipment to detect and locate steam, compressed air and other inert gas leaks on plant site. To detect faulty bearings, automatic valves and electrical arcing.2) To determine the condition of all steam traps on site and correct if necessary by rebuilding or replacing.3) In the design, erection, dismantling, inspection and of all scaffolds and containments by the Scaffold Institute of Colorado at Brunswick Community College in compliance with all OSHA regulations. Also responsible for the training of all personnel on plant site.4) Write work orders and order materials in SAP.5) Mechanical pipe and tubing repair and replacement.6) To operate fork lifts, man (JLG) lifts, scissor lifts and boom truck.
