Canvassing Manager
CurrentResponsible for managing a team of door-to-door sales professionals. This position requires a high level of organization, communication, and sales experience. Responsible for:+ Recruiting and training new door-to-door sales professionals + Developing and implementing sales strategies + Setting daily, weekly, and monthly goals for the sales team + Monitoring the performance of the sales team on a daily basis + Resolving customer complaints and queries + Managing team resources to ensure efficient use of time and money + Analyzing sales metrics to identify areas for improvement + Working with marketing and other departments to ensure a successful sales process + Collaborating with other Windows departments to ensure customer satisfaction + Excellent communication and problem-solving skills+ Strong understanding of sales strategies.
