They will exceed your expectations. I can lead your team or be the team member that will except any challenge you present. I don't believe in "it can't be done". I don't conform to "That's the way we have always done it." If there is an efficient and cost effective way to get it done. I will find it. I have seen the pitfalls in the Tribal Knowledge production system. I am a big believer in establishing repeatable processes and I have a lot of experience in that area. You can't perfect people. People make mistakes. But if you own your mistakes. You insure that you only have to pay for them one time. Find the root cause. Fix the problem. change your process. Document your change. Never stop improving!
