Train athletes from ages 13-18 the fundamentals of basketball including shooting, dribbling, passing, defense, rebounding, etc. Develop and assist Coaching Staff with team practices/drills that focus on improving specific skill sets and/or teaching new concepts to playersDeveloped and implemented training plans for players to improve skills, conditioning, and overall basketball IQ. Provide feedback to coaches regarding player development during practice sessions as well as after games when appropriate. Responsible for member services, administration, marketing, communications, local partnerships, fundraisers, player developmental camps, exposure events, mentoring, and player college planning/recruiting (at least 5 players have been recruited for college from my program)

College Admissions and Enrollment

Call center experience that assist potential and current students with enrollment and admission requests and requirements, financial aid, fees, graduation, data entry and basic clerical skills.

As an admission coordinator my daily responsibilities were to assist the Campus Dean and Director with student events, registration, recruiting, and campus orders. Other duties were to answer and return all calls and e-mails, along with coaching students academically in classes and hey are failing. I would assist those students with grade trouble after midterm by preparing an academic recovery plan to help bring grade up before the end of the term.
