A NRA- based training organization for Self-Defense Safety Training and Firearms instruction in the Carolinas. Certifying Officers and Instructors for three (3) Progress Energy Nuclear sites. Each of the three sites has utilized DES Training, Inc. for the Training staff and the Aggressor Teams for the past six (6) years. Certification processes and documentation requirements meet or exceed Federal regulations. Responsible for the management and continuing education of all DES Training, Inc. Associate Instructors. Eight (8) Associate Instructors are supervised and evaluated for meeting or exceeding the standards and practices of DES Training, Inc. and the NRA.Duties included development of course lesson plans, training and mentoring of Associate Instructors in 18 firearms and personal protection safety courses.Certifying NRA Instructors along with conducting both student and national instructor level courses. Managed all public relations and sales relations for DES Training, Inc. All logistics and sales functions for 3 major firearms dealers for NRA public and private classes. Primary speaker for all public appearances, off-site training events, radio and television.

Duties include development of course lesson plans, training and mentoring of Associate Instructors, training and Certifying NRA Instructors to national NRA standards. Training both students and instructors for both North and South Carolina Concealed Permit programs. DeWayne and the DES team offers all levels of self-defense options for real world protection. Crime Prevention with the national Refuse To Be A Victim program to advanced handgun and shotgun low light fighting, years of experience and knowledge DeWayne shares with all students is proven year after year.

A multi-state survey equipment and specialized distributor to the Engineering, Surveying and Construction community in the Carolinas and 5 other states.Responsible for rebuilding a territory of the Western North Carolina and seven counties surrounding CharlotteRe-Established the territory of the over 280 accounts, along with having the training and installation responsibilities for all Machine Controls Automated systems for the Topson Division of ED-Charlotte.Sold and trained end users in Automated Robotic Total Stations, GPS precision survey equipment and established repair and calibration services to clients lost over the past 5 years from the Charlotte Office.

Responsible for creating a Pre-Flight Quality audit system for all project documentation in our reproduction departmentTasked with creating the reproduction standard operating procedures used in all internal departments a running data base for all specialized client practices and custom needs.
