Site Project Lead
CurrentSite Project Lead responsibilities: *Develop the Implementation Plan for the Project, perform Constructability Walk downs to evaluate proposed layouts for constructability and interferences and provide feedback to Project Manager, Responsible Design Engineer, Architect Engineer (A/E), Work Planner, Implementing Organization Representative. *Coordinate DCP impact reviews to ensure plant interfaces are established. *Coordinate and manage overall project implementation planning. This includes managing of risk factors, design readiness, work bundling, labor and parts readiness, support availability. *Coordinate Field Change Request (FCR) development and approval to ensure efficient continuation of work and prudent project cost management. *Lead, coordinate, and manage procurement activities for services. This includes obtaining the needed craft to support the project phases. This is done through the competitive bid process. Consider mobilization and qualification, logistics, terms and conditions, plant coordination and impacts, financials (timesheets, invoices, and impact notices), and demobilization. *Ensure development and coordination of tagouts as needed to support worker safety and equipment protection. *Participate and communicate in outage meetings as necessary to assure adequate plant awareness and engagement. *Lead Implementation Team meeting. *Approve Invoices / Time Sheets using Oracle and Maximo Contractor. *Manage Operational Risk of work activities using guidance from plant procedures. *Investigate project safety and quality implementation anomalies thoroughly to ensure adequate resolution and organizational learning. *Serve as Task Director for Supplemental Personnel. *Lead the pre- implementation T-3 readiness assessment meetings. *Coordinate Functional testing with involved parties in accordance with site procedures. *Complete the DCP Closure documents and report closure to PM and design manager.
